What you'll do

The core responsibilities expected from this role.

  • Man power deployment.

  • Kaizen activity.

  • MIG welding, its defect & elimination of defect.

  • Spot Welding, its defect & elimination of defect.

  • Line balancing.

  • Robot teaching & programming (Panasonic).

  • Production, Productivity, OEE calculation.

  • To ensure implementation & maintaining of quality system.

  • To maintain 5S on the shop floor.

  • Poka yoke verification on daily basis.

  • Rejection control.

  • All documentation work related to production like check sheet.

  • Skill enhancement training of operator.

  • Involve in all the planning and activities.

  • Daily Red Bin analysis.

  • Production monitoring & controlling (man Power handling).

  • Customer interaction, regarding product issues.

  • Scrap reduction & rework analysis.

  • Project dispatching.

  • knowledge of TPM, Poka Yoke, 3M, 3R, 3K.
